The Yates trial
A couple of questions that I have yet to see answered:
Why is the prosecution bringing back the (paid) witness that screwed up their conviction in the first place? They couldn't find (pay) somebody else who could say that she's crazy?
Why is the defense going with the insanity defense and NOT getting her ex-husband on the stand to show that he was responsible for her madness in the first place?
And what the hell is wrong with Texas laws that Rusty Yates isn't liable for his children's deaths in some way at all?
