Obama Stimulus Explanation. In small words. For Republicans.
Sodding the National Mall is WORK - you have to pay someone to do it. People will not, and cannot do it for free.
This is called a JOB.
Teaching children to read is WORK.
Child care is WORK.
Protecting battered women is WORK...et cetera, et cetera.
This is a JOBS bill. We take the money to create WORK, which will create JOBS.
Republicans hate JOBS? Yes, I believe they do.
Do they hate people who have JOBS? Yes, they do.

They seem to hate the National Mall, too. What's that about? Do people recognize them there and spit at them? They should.

They hate the arts, especially. That's not a job and people they know couldn't get included for anything. And they haven't served the public interest in their lives, it wouldn't be good for the business climate, remember?
